A. Product Specification(1–10)                                                           

1. What is the bottle capacity? What is the difference between filling capacity and brimful capacity?
A: Filling capacity is the recommended usable volume, while brimful capacity is the maximum volume when filled to the rim.

2. What is the neck finish and which caps are compatible?
A: Standard CT / TW neck finishes, compatible with metal, aluminum, or plastic caps.

3. What are the bottle height and base diameter?
A: Detailed dimension sheets or CAD drawings are available.

4. What material is used? Borosilicate or soda-lime glass? 
A: Most food packaging uses soda-lime glass for safety, stability, and cost efficiency. For products with temperature requirements or other special requirements, such as milk bottles or medicine bottles, we use borosilicate glass.

5. Is it heat-resistant? Suitable for hot filling?
A: Yes, suitable for hot filling, typically above 90°C or higher.

6. Is it suitable for refrigeration or freezing?
A: Yes, but avoid sudden temperature changes. Cooling down need to be gradual.

7. Is it microwave safe?
A: Microwave heating with lids is not recommended.

8. Is there any anti-burst design?
A: Stress-controlled bottoms reduce breakage risk.

9. Does it have an anti-slip base?
A: Most models offer anti-slip bases.

10. Are graduation marks available or customizable?
A: Graduations can be molded or printed, depend on customer's design.

A: Mould lead time is 25~30 days. After sample confirmed and every order details confirmed, mass production lead time is about 25~30days.

18. Is a frosted finish available?
A: Yes, full or partial frosting is available.

19. Can you do clear, semi-transparent, or opaque finishes?
A: Achieved through coating or material selection.

23. Is shockproof packaging used?
A: Dividers or protective materials are used.

25. Can barcodes or labels be applied?

A: We are standard IS MACHINE production and equipped with Automatic Bottle Inspection machine and Automatic Packing machine, do not support the mixing of different bottles.

27. What is the delivery time?
A: 3–7 days for stock, 25–30 days for custom.
